COPYRIGHT POLICY

The authors point out that once an article is approved, it cannot be retracted under any circumstances. The writers are not permitted to publish their work unless the contribution has been significantly altered. The author is not permitted to publish it elsewhere without the publisher’s prior written consent. With the exception of any passages from copyrighted works that may be included with consent from both the author and the copyright holder, the author guarantees that his or her contribution is original, free of libellous remarks, and does not violate any other person’s copyright, trademark, patent, statutory right, or propriety right. On behalf of all co-authors, the author signs this document and assumes responsibility for its publication. In exchange for these rights:

• Any property rights, including patent rights that are not copyrights.
• The right to use all or a portion of this text, including tables and figures, in their own future works as long as the publisher is properly credited as the copyright holder.
• The permission to reproduce this article for personal use only—not for commercial purposes.
• It is the duty of every author to make sure that, with regard to plagiarism, publications submitted to the journal are prepared with ethical standards in mind. Please be aware that every contribution is carefully examined for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered in a published work, the authors will be required to apologize in writing to the original authors. Any manuscript that exhibits overt plagiarism will be instantly rejected, and the authors may be prohibited from publishing in the journal for a period of one year. If such a circumstance occurs, the writers will be appropriately notified.

• Before it is accepted or rejected by this journal, it will not be submitted for publication anywhere else.

The Grace Horizon Board retains the exclusive authority to determine whether any such claims are legitimate. Following consideration, the relevant manuscript will be deleted from all Grace Horizon Publications servers and archives if the claim is determined to be valid. The article will not be included in any upcoming print editions of the relevant issue. The authors will be notified to make the necessary modifications in accordance with the Grace Horizon Publications article correction policies if the changes are minor, such as adding references. The alternate version will be published in the same issue (number) of the relevant volume and will be subject to peer review just like any other general submission. The utmost attention will be given to any copyright claims. A follow-up email will be sent out in three business days if the claim is supported with documented evidence.
