PEER REVIEW POLICY

Grace Horizon Publications strictly follows a double-blind peer review process for an effective evaluation method with our expert Editors’ involvement. These individuals are senior personnel with in-depth content experts who are responsible for journal content. Some journals in the portfolio have external Editors-in-Chief supported by in-house journal Editors.

Grace Horizon Publications is dedicated to reviewing and publishing completely accepted papers as soon as possible. All submissions go through a stringent review procedure in order to maintain a high-quality publication. The following are traits of the peer review process:

• The identical paper cannot be submitted to more than one journal at the same time.
• Submissions that contain content that is not within the scope will not be reviewed.
• As recommended by the editorial board, papers will be reviewed by a minimum of three or four experts (reviewers), with one from India and the remaining two or three from abroad.
• Additionally, if more reviews are required, editors will be able to request them.
• When editors determine that additional review is necessary, the authors will be notified. The journal’s editors-in-chief base all publication decisions on the referees’ reports (reviewers’ reports).
• When a paper is rejected, the authors are swiftly informed.
• Every manuscript that is submitted is handled as a confidential document. Every paper that is submitted will go through a double-blind review process.
• Every manuscript submitted to Grace Horizon Publications for publication undergoes a plagiarism software cross-check. If plagiarism is discovered in a manuscript during the first review phase, it is immediately rejected and will not be considered for publication in the journal.
• The Editor-in-Chief will carry out an initial investigation if a manuscript is discovered to include plagiarism after it has been published, sometimes with the assistance of a committee that has been establishedspecifically for that reason.
• The journal will get in touch with the author’s institute, college, university, and funding agency, if any, if the submission is discovered to contain more plagiarism than is permitted.
