The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in sports project management has the potential to revolutionize the way organizations plan, execute, and evaluate their projects. This paper explores the various applications of AI in sports project management, focusing on how it can enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and optimize resource allocation. We present a comprehensive review of existing literature, case studies, and empirical evidence to support our arguments. Additionally, we propose a framework for integrating AI into sports project management, including specific algorithms and tools that can be utilized. The paper concludes with a discussion on the challenges and future directions for research in this domain
