The Role of IoT in Resource Management and Performance Optimization in Professional Sports

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) in professional sports has revolutionized the way teams and organizations manage resources and optimize performance. This paper explores the multifaceted impact of IoT on resource management, including training, equipment, and facility management, and its role in performance optimization through data analytics, real-time monitoring, and personalized training programs. We present a comprehensive review of existing literature, case studies, and empirical data to illustrate the benefits and challenges of IoT in professional sports. Additionally, we propose a framework for the implementation of IoT technologies and an algorithm for optimizing resource allocation and performance enhancement. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research and practical applications
