The rapid advancement of the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing has revolutionized the healthcare industry, enabling real-time monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. However, the integration of medical IoT devices with cloud environments raises significant concerns regarding data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards. This paper presents an architectural framework designed to ensure secure and compliant processing and distribution of medical IoT data in cloud environments. The proposed framework integrates advanced cryptographic techniques, access control mechanisms, and compliance monitoring tools to address the unique challenges posed by medical data. The paper also includes a detailed algorithm for secure data transmission and a case study to validate the effectiveness of the proposed framework. The results demonstrate that the framework significantly enhances data security and compliance while maintaining the efficiency and scalability required for modern healthcare applications
